How it works

Stage 1: Scouting for ideas

Do you have an idea that can change the world? Enter your idea on the website.

Stage 2: Identification of business ideas

Innovative and practice-based methods will be used to stimulate innovative mindsets among young people and enhancing their creativity as the first step to entrepreneurship, as well as their personal initiative and adaptation to change. Most promising business ideas arisen from the scouting activities will be cultivated by informing, training and coaching young people who want to develop their innovative projects, reinforce and give substance to them, providing the best environment for maturation and validation of business ideas.

Stage 3: Feasibility Studies

Our team of experts will realize a preliminary analysis of the chances of the business ideas submitted to be successful on the market and to be innovative with respect to the sectoral and/or territorial state-of-the-art in the technology field concerned.

Stage 4: Managerial Mentoring and Consultancy

Potential entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs through exchange of experience, through face-to-face meetings and through interactions within the OI framework. Lessons learnt from people who have already faced the same problems in starting up their business will be useful for the growth of business ideas.

Stage 5: Coaching and Mentoring

Senior entrepreneurs and experts within the NET KITE partnership, thanks to their experience, will provide mentoring and coaching support to young entrepreneurs for the organizational, legal and financial, contractual and commercial issues as well as for benchmarking with best practices at regional, national and international level.

Stage 6: Mobility and Training

On the basis of the quality of their business plans and the relevance of the technological solution they have proposed, 8 teams of young researchers and their startups will be selected to participate in the transnational training programme and mobility schemes.
